Workshop: MITRE ATT&CK and the ATT&CK Navigator – Carrie Roberts
October 19, 2023 @ 2:00 pm – 3:50 pm MDT
In this workshop we will roll up our sleeves and get hands-on experience with the adversary Tactics and Techniques defined in the MITRE ATT&CK Framework. You will learn how to use the interactive MITRE ATT&CK Navigator to represent detections, preventions, attack emulations and more. We will also use the Navigator to combine various sources of threat intelligence in order to prioritize our cyber-security efforts. Finally, we will experiment with the “ATT&CK Powered Suit” browser extension for conveniently accessing data from MITRE ATT&CK. These tools will help you evaluate your cyber-security preparedness, identify gaps, and create meaningful graphics for management.
