You should receive links to access the conference, especially tracks one and two, via email.

Discord is an online chatroom platform. Conference attendees can interact with presenters, other attendees, and sponsors on Discord.

You will receive a link to the conference Discord channel via email after you register for the conference.

Deadwood is a fun and quirky little town not far from the main offices for Black Hills Information Security. By holding WWHF in Deadwood, BHIS gives back to the local communities.

Please post relevant and on topic questions you would like considered for answering by the presenters to the GoToWebinar question area. Please keep chatter off this channel as you will DOS our support staff. General chatter and things you need to be answered by the community can be posted on the Discord channel. This will really help us serve you. Please make your questions as clear and complete as you can. The support staff will likely just delete questions they see as off-topic, difficult, or tough to squeeze in to keep our focus on the webcast. If that happens, consider mirroring your question on Discord.

Yes. Conference attendees will get priority access to the presentation recordings. After a period of time, the general public will get access to the conference presentation recordings.

If you bought your ticket prior to September 11, your swag bag should arrive before the conference. If you have additional questions, please let us know using our contact form.

If you have any special accessibility needs, please let us know before the conference and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes. We will post a CPE certificate in the conference Discord. You will have to manually log your hours with third-party organizations that accept CPEs.
